I am an independant Domino developer and I need to buy the least expensive version of Domino server (enterprise, I guess, as I do use mail-in databases). The only Notes client license I need is for me to run developer and manage the NAB, as all my apps are web-based.

I cannot figure out how to buy the software from anywhere- I'd use CDW or such on-line. It used to be easy but in the 8.x era it is an amazing mess to figure out. Contacting an IBM Business partner causes me to to go crazy as they don't understand my request.

Does anyone know of a vendor that sell a guy like me a simple server license (Windows 32-bit, dual processor).

This is so frustrating...
